These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of z.gold's website and tools. By using z.gold, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Description of Service
z.gold provides free tools to generate WhatsApp click-to-chat links, QR codes, multi-number landing pages, and embeddable website buttons, based on WhatsApp's publicly available link format. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
User Age & Authorized Phone Number
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to generate WhatsApp links only for your own phone number or numbers that you have explicit, documented authorization to use. You are prohibited from generating links for third-party phone numbers without their prior consent.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use z.gold to generate links intended for spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or any unlawful activity. You are strictly prohibited from using z.gold links for: (1) Selling, renting, promoting, or marketing goods or services that are illegal under applicable laws and regulations. (2) Sending unsolicited or harmful mass messages. (3) Publishing or sharing sexually explicit, defamatory, offensive, or obscene content that violates public order or religious values. (4) Sharing files or materials that infringe upon third-party intellectual property or trademark rights. (5) Any activity causing harm to individuals, government entities, or private organizations, or reselling/sublicensing links without permission.
No Ownership of Phone Numbers
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to create a link for any phone number you enter, and for the content of any pre-filled message you generate. z.gold does not verify ownership of phone numbers submitted to our tools.
Service Suspension & Document Verification
z.gold reserves the right to immediately suspend access or deactivate any generated link without prior notice if there is suspicion of inaccurate data, policy violation, or abuse. Where necessary, we reserve the right to request official documentation verifying user identity and phone number ownership prior to restoring any service.
Service Discontinuation & Non-Liability for Damages
z.gold makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, high-speed availability of its tools based on currently available resources. However, service operations may pause or terminate due to technical, operational, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. z.gold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, tools, or generated links at any time without stating reasons and without prior user consent or notice. We assume no liability, costs, or damages whatsoever that may arise from any service suspension, modification, or termination.
Third-Party Platform (WhatsApp)
z.gold links redirect to WhatsApp, a third-party service. We have no control over WhatsApp's availability, features, or policies, and your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
z.gold is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, z.gold and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our tools, including any issues arising from messages sent through generated links.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of z.gold after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
